Personality: Calm and well composed, Crystalstar isn't one to be messed with. She has a vast intellect that she gathered since the days of kithood, due to her highly curious nature. There are few things that she doesn't know, and so it isn't smart to lie to her. She can get vain at times, acting like others are mere simpletons who don't know anything. She doesn't talk very much, and her voice often doesn't go very loud, unless she needs to yell to get one's attention. She can get easily amused, and loves to explore and continue to learn new things. She can also get quite secretive, hiding behind a mask of well-woven lies. Her patience is great, and her temper mild, so it is quite rare when she gets so angry that she starts hissing. It is not wise to test it, though.
Description: Crystalstar is of the Eqyptian Mau breed. She sports a silvery-gray coat, with a white chest and belly. Numerous spots decorate her pelt, and she has a few stripes on her tail. Her eyes are a brilliant blue, and her paws are black. Her name was derived from her unusual claws, which are clear and shine a little bit like a crystal. Her fur is thick and soft, and can repel water easily. It also gleams silver in the moonlight.
History: Crystalstar's Clan life first started when she was just a newborn kit. Her parents were loners, and when she was born, she was abandoned, so she grew up as an orphan. She was found by a RiverClan patrol shortly after her parents took off, and, taking pity on her, the cats carried her back into the camp and found her a foster mother, Duskpelt, who's kits had recently died in leafbare. Soon she was old enough to be apprenticed, and Snowwhisker, who was the deputy at that time, was chosen to mentor her. Snowwhisker taught Crystalpaw many things, like how to hunt, fight, and patrol. The lessons weren't limited to just warrior duties, though. Snowwhisker showed Crystalpaw all of the herbs that a healer uses, and taught her about the leader, deputy, and the other Clans. Soon, Crystalpaw became Crystalclaw, and she was a loyal warrior for many moons. When she was 27 moons old, Duskpelt and Snowwhisker, who were both old, had died from a greencough 'plague' that ravaged the Clan, and since Snowwhisker was in StarClan, and Crystalclaw had proven herself, she was made deputy. A moon later, there was a great battle between the Shards and RiverClan, and during that battle, the leader died after his reign of many moons. And so Crystalclaw became Crystalstar, and that is how she came to be at the leader position today.
Roleplay Example: This is a post on a Pokemon Hound site. It's one of my better posts. x3 Glowing blue paws impatiently kneaded the ground, sapphires nervously scanning the land beyond Windmill Field. Zephyra bit her lip, unsure of what to do. She had a feeling that she shouldn't stray off of the packlands, yet her want to explore was overwhelming. She wanted to find out what was out there. It seemed so inviting... After all, maybe the tale of bloodthirsty OutCasts was made up just to keep pack members within the Alphas' line of sight. Perhaps there was treasure out there. Or perhaps it was just a desolate wasteland with nothing in it. Either way, disappointment or not, Zephyra would enjoy the exploration.
And yet, as those rebellious thoughts flitted through her head, her paws felt like they weighed a hundred tons each as she pondered on whether she should take a paw off of the cool green of Windmill Field and place it on the dry black of the Blackland Plains. After a few minutes of standing there, all thoughts were forgotten as her wild instinct took over. Prey scent flooded her nostrils as she flicked her gaze to the brown/tan rodent weaving its way through dead, blackened bushes, as if in a zigzag. Immediately, her paws felt light as feathers as she broke into a run, pink tongue rolling out of her mouth as she chased the furry zigzagoon.
The raccoon's tail bobbed out of sight as it dashed down a hole, and Zephyra growled in frustration. She skidded to a stop and started to dig at the black soil, hoping to make a big enough hole to squeeze through. But then she stopped, regaining her senses; The zigzagoon had already gone out of the range of her nose, and though the scent mingled here, its source was gone. She plopped down on the ground, twitching an ear in disappointment.
And then she noticed that she was not in the packlands anymore. Fear and excitement coursed through her, and her markings glowed more brightly than usual. The zigzagoon had helped her make her decision. But... she glanced back at the welcoming and familiar land she now called home. Aw, what the heck! I'll be back by sundown! She grinned, getting up and scanning the landscape, unsure of where to explore first.

Impossible, impossible. An apprentice becomes warrior at around 12 moons, the least being 11. Next, a warrior, especially loner-born, could never become deputy at 14 moons. Much too young. A leader also has nine lives, it's impossible to loose them all in a month. Please fix these.

Good, but I forgot that mothers can't mentor their kits, even if they are foster. xP And just to let you know, Clan starts with a capital C no matter where it is in a word or sentence.
