Bio Forms

This is where you can find all the bio forms, and explanations of them! Don't forget to update.

Clan Cat Bio Sheet

Name: Their current name.

Past and Future Names: Their past and future names.

Gender: Tom or She-cat?

Age: In moons, please.

Clan: Their Clan.

Rank: Kit, Apprentice, Medicine Cat Apprentice, Warrior, Medicine Cat, Deputy, Leader, or Elder?

Picture: You must have a picture. If you don't and can't draw one, have somebody draw it for you.

Personality: At least eight good sentences about your cat's personality. Is it nice or mean? What are its favorite things? Does it do anything differently from other cats? If so, what? Stuff like that.

Description: Even if you have a picture already, a description of your cat always helps. This must be six sentences, at least. More would be appreciated.

History: Your cat's history. Depending on the rank, it should be more or less. Kits are about four, while Warriors are about eight. Please update this. You can update in bullet points, although you could in sentences as well.

Relationships:
Mother: Their mother's name. If they are dead, put deceased.
Father: Same as mother, 'cept father's name.
Siblings: Any siblings? Same as the others, tell if they are male or female.
Mate: If you found a mate in the "Looking for..." board, put them here.
Kits: Any kits? Like the siblings.
Mentor: Their mentor? If they are higher than an apprentice, put their past mentor if you know them.
Apprentice: When you get an apprentice of your very own put them here.
Other: Aunts, uncles, grandparents, rivals? Put them here.

Other: What else should we know?

Roleplay Example: Give us an example of an average post. You could also give us an example of you on a museful day as well, but you definitely need an average post. You only need to do this once.

Shards/Pride Bio Sheet

Past and Future Names: Shards: What were they called as a kit/What will they be called as an adult?
Pride: What were they called in the past?

Gender: She-cat or Tom.

Age: In moons.

Group: Shards or Pride?

Rank: Shards: Kit, Queen, Exclusion, Prisoner, Neutral, Secondary, Ruler's Mate, Ruler
Pride: Council, Officer, or Battalion?

Picture: You need one of these, so if you can't draw or take one, somebody will draw it for you.

Personality: At least eight good sentences about your cat's personality. How does it act? Is it friendly? Does it have ten thousand annoying traits?

Description: Even if you have a picture already, a description of your cat is necessary. This must be six sentences, at least. More would be appreciated.

History: Your cat's history. Depending on the rank, it should be more or less. Kits are about four, while anything older is about eight sentences. You can update this in bullet points or sentences.
